Thanks for all your help in getting this preamp to the service dept as it was not on the list of your repairable items. there are a lot of memories associated with it and my son, who was involved when I originally got it from a friend of his. Thank you and it will be cherished for a long time with special thoughts every time I use it.

Thanks for the attention you gave my old DC300A! I have been listening intently to it for hours controlled by an old Kenwood "Basic C-1 Preamp" and am constantly amazed at how good the old beast makes my music sound.

These are my go-to guys when I'm searching for info and tech support on Crown products. When Harman took over Crown, the Elkhart, IN plant was forced to shut down and many of their techs migrated to AET. Their expertise with Crown products is bar none!
